collapsible footballbox
editcollapsible football box will make the viewing more easy and it is bieng used in most of the tournaments and leagues that's ahy i want to use it in the 2014 fifa world cup qualifier-afc and i hope that youwould cooporate with me to do it ...in the collapsible footballbox we can add cards and goals even if they were in total of 10 without elongating the page..
best regards,

- It would be improper to apply to a single page given the pages of the entire WC qualification need to be as consistent as possible. I am not aware of ANY international tournaments that use the collapsible football box, which tends to only be used for domestic competitions which have massively more games than the WC (or Euro or Champs League etc). At the moment I would suggest that the change is not warranted, particularly as it seems to be only added to allow the addition of yellow and red card information - again a type of information that has been excluded from past World Cup qualifiers. - we can exclud the card my piont is not yhe cards my piont is that when using a collapsible footballbox the viewer wouldn't have to look at all the games and the goals scored he can choose a game and see it as for past afc world cup qualifier i can change them and for other continent we can contact the users there and ask them to do so. - My recollection is that this was rejected last time around. The results page is already a "secondary page" and if people don't want to see all the goal scorers they just stay on the primary page (the overall confederation page). The alternative is that if you DO want to see all the results you have to click on every single "expand" tab. Jlsa (talk) 16:21, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

Lebanese National League
editThank you for brining that to my attention.
A couple of weeks ago I did change the league standings as I did think the same as what you just wrote to me. But it was changed back again by someone else. To get my results I'm using this website www.futbol24.com. I assume they have mistaken both clubs? Do you have a link to results in English format? Druryfire (talk) 17:55, 24 December 2011 (UTC)

Invite to the African Destubathon
editHi. You may be interested in participating in the African Destubathon which starts on October 15. Africa currently has over 37,000 stubs and badly needs a quality improvement editathon/contest to flesh out basic stubs. There are proposed substantial prizes to give to editors who do the most articles, and planned smaller prizes for doing to most destubs for each of the 53 African countries, so should be enjoyable! So it would be a good chance to win something for improving stubs on African sportspeople, including footballers, athletes, Olympians and Paralympians etc, particularly female ones, but also male. Even if contests aren't your thing we would be grateful if you could consider destubbing a few African articles during the drive to help the cause and help reduce the massive 37,000 + stub count, of which many are rated high importance (think Regions of countries etc). If you're interested in competing or just loosely contributing a few expanded articles on African Paralympians, Olympians and committees etc, please add your name to the Contestants/participants section. Diversity of work from a lot of people will make this that bit more special. Thanks. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:14, 6 October 2016 (UTC)
