Recusal query

Rschen I'm curious to know why you think Keilana would have to recuse on matters related to the Merridew situation; to my knowledge, she would not. And in many cases, even when arbs should, they don't (for example, she should recuse on any FAC matter, but only scrupulous arbs like NYB recuse when they should-- that doesn't mean Keilana would or that anyone would force her to-- have seen that many times). No it wouldn't-- unsure why you have that impression. I know of no reason why she would have to (or could be enticed to) recuse on any matters involving the QAI group, or FAC, or the issues at TFAR, or Merridew, or Rlevse. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 15:10, 26 November 2012 (UTC)
