- Ottviano Bon,Handan’s contemporary ambassador, refers to her as regent in several of his reports. So,if someone takes the duties of regent, acts as regent and is known as regent...so in fact Handan Sultan was regent for Ahmed along side Mustafa Efendi i recommend to read my source,best regards… Rubyaho (talk) 10:19, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
