  • Your user page is evidently a draft for an article, rather than a user page, so I shall move it to the more appropriate title Draft:Judy Hegarty Lovett. (A Wikipedia user page is for someone who is active in working for the project to give a little information about themself in connection with their work for the encyclopaedia: it is not a place to post any other kind of material.) Wikipedia:Articles for Creation gives information about submitting a draft for review to determine whether it is suitable to become an article.
  • Your username suggests you may have a connection to the person you have written about. If so, please read the guideline Wikipedia:Conflict of interest before doing any more editing. You will see that you are asked to edit under several restrictions. JBW (talk) 21:05, 18 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your help and explanations. Indeed I see it is a COI. In that case how do I get this article published? Who can publish it? Rubyhlovett (talk) 21:13, 18 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
also I can't find my article anymore. its not in the sand box. Rubyhlovett (talk) 21:17, 18 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
It never was in a sandbox; it was in your user page. Above, I have given you a link to its new title. Alternatively, if you try to go to the title you originally gave it (User:Rubyhlovett) you will be automatically redirected to the page under its new title. JBW (talk) 17:00, 19 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
I have now found that another editor removed the redirect from your user page to the retitled page. That was probably very unhelpful to you, as it made it difficult for you to find the page, so I have restored the redirect. JBW (talk) 17:06, 19 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
