Your username and conflict of interest editing
editWelcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Iuoma", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are invited to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you personally, such as "Jack Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87".
Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, or website, regardless of your username. Moreover, I recommend that you read our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please create a new account or request a change of username, by completing this form, that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you.
Hello, Iuoma. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the article IUOMA, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your circle, your organization, its competitors, projects or products;
- instead propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Melcous (talk) 23:03, 17 April 2016 (UTC)

Please don't create or edit articles about yourself
editHi, Ruud Janssen Breda. You have edited the article Ruud Janssen, which I suppose is about you, and have created the article IUOMA, which is about an organization founded by you. Creating or editing articles about yourself is highly discouraged on Wikipedia, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Please don't edit either of these articles any more, but instead propose changes on their talkpages. Bishonen | talk 18:31, 19 April 2016 (UTC).
I understand that your username was originally "Iuoma", and that you asked for it to be changed to Ruud Janssen Breda because we have a policy against names of organizations as usernames. That's fine, good idea. But your new name also shows you have a conflict of interest. You have edited IUOMA and its talkpage quite a few times after being warned about conflict of interest editing (see above on this page) — I suppose you thought it wouldn't apply to your new username, but it does — even if you were to change the name again, to something that sounds unconnected, you would still have a conflict of interest. It doesn't go away with the name. Please stop editing the articles directly. Bishonen | talk 18:45, 19 April 2016 (UTC).

Will stop editing. Only was trying to guide the article to the right resourses, but I understand it is not allowed when you are yourself involved. Could assist though in finding the references since all is documented in books, articles, and international websites. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ruud iuoma (talk • contribs) 05:53, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
