edit1996, Tawanda graduated from Morris College with a BA In Sociology and started working as a Social Worker. Tawanda worked in the Social Work/Case Management field for 16 years. She says that this was not like work because when you do what you love and love what you do; you never work a day in your life. In November 2004, Tawanda started her first business called formerly known as Prepaid Legal services and today is called Legal Shield. Starting this business and meeting all of the wonderful people in this company was a new Journey for Tawanda. Legal Shield was not just a business; It was a family and the family consisted of thousands of people across North America and Canada. This is where Tawanda began to also get on a personal develop Journey and was assigned a Success Mentor.
