Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of name and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Writ Keeper  12:57, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
To explain a bit more--Wikipedia accounts must be controlled by exactly one person. Your username, an abbreviation of "St. Elizabeth's Hospital Inc. (founded) 1962", implies that it is an account controlled by an employee of the hospital, and that the control of this account will change hands when the position does. This is what we refer to as a "role account", and it is against policy. When you request a new username, be sure it refers to you as an individual, not just your role as an employee; one such format would be something like "Jane at SEHI". Please do bear in mind that disclosure of paid editing will still be required if you do resume editing, and that the feedback you've been given at your drafts about notability, sourcing, and the like will still apply. Thanks, Writ Keeper  13:05, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I would like to request to unblock my account my previous account is SEHI1962 which represents the organization I am working with. With this, I understand the consequences and I've already changed my user account. In addition to this, the disclosure will be posted on my next talk page. S4int.M1990 (talk) 7:27 pm, 16 September 2021, Thursday (23 days ago) (UTC−7)

Accept reason:

Username has been changed, so no longer a role account, and COI has been disclosed on the talk page here in reasonably good faith. User has agreed to disclose at the draft talk as well. Lacking evidence of other disruption, I see no reason not to unblock. ♠PMC(talk) 06:41, 10 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

I have unblocked you and placed the {{paid}} template on your userpage. Please copy the connected contributor template below to the talk page of your draft as soon as possible. ♠PMC(talk) 06:45, 10 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
