Group wishes?

@SD0001 Can I suggest replacing

return '==' + heading + '==\n{{subst:' + template + '}}';

by

return heading?'==' + heading + '==\n{{subst:' + template + '}}':'\n{{subst:' + template + '}}';

for the time being? The original suggestion might indeed not be worth it. ~~~~

Wrong header for bureaucratship anniversary

@SD0001 The scripts adds the header "Happy Adminship Anniversary!" when wishing a happy bureaucratship anniversary; I had to manually fix it. ~~~~

Okay, I suppose I should have changed it from the script's "Section heading" field, but the bureaucratship templates could as well be separated into an additional group with a corresponding preset. ~~~~

Template updates

Hi @SD0001! Just giving you a heads up, EpicPupper and I made some visual changes to the Birthday Committee templates. Hopefully those shouldn't affect anything here, as substing will still work normally.
