Citing books

In a citation template there are two fields: |page= and |pages=. We do not want to know how many pages there are in the book. We do want to know the page numbers that you are referring to. If you are referring to page 67, then use the |page= field. If you are referring to more than one page, then use the |pages= field.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:14, 22 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
