I have to agree with you on a great deal of what you said. I say you go ahead and edit it the way you should look, citing sources where necessary of course, removing obvious advertisement and I will take a look at it when you are done and we can go from there. Edits to Operations security

I've cleaned up the most serious issues. I removed incorrect information, clarified certain points and added (sourced) information about the history.
