Trademark ineligible for copyright

I'm hoping we can come up with a tag for PD trademarks such as the ASA logo. There's so many people around who think trademark = copyright. Sagredo^{⊙☿♀♁♂♃♄} 19:35, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
