If I were you, I'd seek the Standard Offer. So long as you continue to skirt policy, you will never be welcome to edit. Your sockpuppetry led to your initial indefinite block in 2013. Had you taken the standard offer back then, you might presently be welcome to edit. However there were other significant issues as well that I'm not sure you've fully gotten a handle on, like copyright violations. Anyway, that's for you and the reviewing admin to decide should you opt to take the standard offer. You will have to request an unblock from your first account, though.
