editHallo, there are a few elements of Wikipedia style to remember:
- People are referred to by surname only, after the lead sentence and possibly their birth statement, except where it's necessary to distinguish them from other family members - so she shouldn't be "Ann" in most places
- Dates don't use ordinal numbers - so "14" rather than "14th"
- And the world outside the USA formats dates as "day, month, year", and Wikipedia's style rules say that where an article has ties to an English-speaking country we use the appropriate date format, so her date of birth should be written as "14 April 1930", not "April 14th, 1930"
- It's not appropriate to name all the grandchildren, just because the info is available: they are not notable, and it's an intrusion into the privacy of living people (and possibly minors too). Whether to name the less notable two of her adult children is a less clear-cut choice.
Those were just a few points which leapt out at me when I read your draft. It hasn't got a lead section, but perhaps that's coming later - a logical way to write an article, as the lead should summarise the key points of the article and, above all, show why she is notable. At present you haven't linked to any other pages in Wikipedia, but perhaps that comes later too. Enjoy your editing. PamD 09:04, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
