Re your reverts. Dates in the body may usually be in dmy and mdy formats. However, MOS requires consistency. MOS:DATEUNIFY states: "Dates in article body text should all have the same format ... Publication dates in article references should all have the same format... Access and archive dates in references should all have the same format. You will notice that there are a mix if dates, meaning that the article is not MOSNUM compliant after your revert, and your objection does not seem to be founded on policy grounds. But because it is an Indian subject, the date adopted by convention here on WP is dmy. I will revert you once again. -- Ohc ¡digame!¿que pasa? 12:53, 14 September 2013 (UTC)

Hi Raghusri, and thanks for your work on that article. I see there's friction with a very experienced editor, Ohconfucius, concerning ... date formatting, is it? I believe the guidelines for en.WP say that these formats should be harmonised where they are inconsistently used within a single article. It looks as though that is what he has done.

Could you raise the matter with me if you have further questions, and I'll be pleased to help if I'm able to. Thanks. Tony (talk) 17:23, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
