I am the kokan chief of Maharashtra Police Boys Sanghatna and I have written about myself. Please publish my page

You are not the owner of any page on Wikipedia. You are attempting to write your autobiography in a promotional manner, neither of which are things Wikipedia encourages. Your page will continue to be deleted if you re-create it with the same content, and it will not be "published". Please stop attempting to write about yourself on Wikipedia.
