Whether a link should be included or not is a matter of the external links policy. Here's part of the description of linkspam: "Adding external links to an article or user page for the purpose of promoting a website or a product is not allowed, and is considered to be spam." Your comments on my talk page make it very clear that you're trying to promote your website, and that clearly isn't allowed. The quality of the community isn't really the question (although the fact that it's completely empty certainly doesn't help your case). The Cary News link, on the other hand, does meet the requirements as a reliable source of news for the area. "Sites that contain neutral and accurate material that cannot be integrated into the Wikipedia article due to copyright issues, amount of detail (such as professional athlete statistics, movie or television credits, interview transcripts, or online textbooks) or other reasons. Sites with other meaningful, relevant content that is not suitable for inclusion in an article, such as reviews and interviews." Rather than continuing to edit war with me, Dman727, and anyone else who tries to abide by Wikipedia's guidelines, why don't you start a discussion on the article's talk page instead? Make your arguments point by point referencing the guidelines and why you feel it meets them. If your arguments are strong enough, maybe you'll convince us.
