speedy
- Speedy deletion is defined by WP:CSD, and is limited to the reasons given there. You need to state the reason each time. Productvity chain and active matter do not fall under any of these. First look for sources, & if not found, only then nominate for deletion via PROD or AfD. . See WP:BEFORE.
- As for athletes, members of a fully professional team such as Matt Duffie & Justin O'Neill are notable , regardless of whether or not the article is a stub. See WP:N
- Asserting that a person has published books (other than self-published books) is an indication of possible notability--it meets the very low bar for passing speedy. The thing to do is to look for sources about the author and the book, and nominate for prod or AfD if apparently not notable.
- When you tag for speedy or any other deletion,. you are required to use an edit summary saying so. This helps all users, including us overworked admins, to find the edits. DGG ( talk ) 00:09, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Edit Summary
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to 2010 Chile earthquake. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. --220.101.28.25 (talk) 19:20, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

Tokyo meetup
Yes, I would be interested in a Tokyo meetup in April. Cla68 (talk) 22:23, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, April 3 is a little too short notice for me. Most any other Friday or Saturday evening in April would be fine. Cla68 (talk) 22:51, 25 March 2010 (UTC)
- How about 24 Apr or 1 May? Then, we can publicize it more, with more details (such as a proposed meeting place) and hopefully gain more participants. Cla68 (talk) 23:30, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
- I made an announcement on the project talk page [1]. Cla68 (talk) 00:57, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
- I think we need to have at least three people signed-up to make it a go. Perhaps we should ask for a "show of hands" on the JP noticeboard of how many people would be interested in a meetup later this spring or summer. Cla68 (talk) 06:38, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
- OK, let's give it a go. I do not speak Japanese good enough to call a restaurant and make a reservation for a group of, let's say, five people. I live on the Odakyu Odawara line, so for me anywhere in western or central Tokyo is fine. How about 5 p.m. somewhere like Shibuya, Ebisu, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or Shimokitazawa. Or, would Akihabara be more appropriate? Cla68 (talk) 11:45, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
- I'll check my book of good restaurants later today and make some suggestions. Cla68 (talk) 04:35, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, I'm not going to be able to make it this time. Let's try again later this spring or summer. Cla68 (talk) 12:19, 19 April 2010 (UTC)

I have reviewed the article and left comments here. Firstly, well done for writing the article to the standard it is currently at, but, reading through the article, I don't really feel that it covers the topic in enough depth for a GA; it only really describes current immigration patterns, and I think it needs information about what it was like in the past, as well as more information on what the effects of it have been. Jhbuk (talk) 15:04, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, thanks for your review but the main issue is lack of sources on subject. I will try to get back on the article very soon.--Saki talk 15:07, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
- I can understand that, but it does need more information, even if it's only a more detailed summary. I'm afraid I can't really help with sourcing on this. I'm willing to keep it on hold for as long as you want, so long as there is at least some activity. Jhbuk (talk) 15:12, 2 April 2010 (UTC)
- Alright. By the way, as you mentioned while reviewing that "No references in "Demographics"", however you can see the demographics table on article's talk page and might be you could help with extending demographics paragraph as well using that table. However, I have just added the available sources in the Demographics paragraph. :) --Saki talk 15:16, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Koreans in Pakistan
An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Koreans in Pakistan. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Koreans in Pakistan. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

You are now a Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 21:50, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
