editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Abd al-Rahman al-Jabarti, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 11:45, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Abd al-Rahman al-Jabarti. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Materialscientist (talk) 13:04, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
Hello Materialscientist, my name is saleh and i am a Jeberty from Habasha/Eritrea, i am new wikipedia so excuse my lake of experience, very nice article but your talking about, the correction i want to add is that he is originaly from somalia yes but since he lived in Habesha and named Jeberty is like Obama from Kenya but is American, so you can say that his orgins is from somalia, his family moved to Habesha then he moved to Egypt .. and Jeberty is a name outside Habesha but inside it is just a word that means "Doer - Effective - Servent " .. thanks
June 2020: Jeberty
editWikipedia has an article called Jeberti people. Have you seen it?--Quisqualis (talk) 21:03, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- yes i saw it, and it is not accurate, Geberty people are not the same, but the source of them are all from Eritrea Highland it is where my parents came from, Eritrea today is Axumate Kingdom in late 613, so my self i am a geberty and i have more information to share, for now it is important to separate geberty origins from other geberty clans and communities and hen link them all together
- Note that your expertise is not enough to support a Wikipedia article. You may have information to share, but every claim made in your article needs to be supported by a reliable source. See: WP:citing sources for the proper way to cite using in-line citations. You will also want to read Your first article.--Quisqualis (talk) 00:54, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
