More work I did on OER Policy content

edit

Hi Sally, Sara here - nice meeting you. check out what I did in MY sandbox :) You can work on it in my sandbox directly if you want. Roger thinks we should put it in the OER article as a small paragraph since it is such a new area. What do you think?

Hi Sara - Yes this sounds like a good idea. I noticed that in the video Pete made about creating a Wikipedia user page, Anna Daniel said that she was working on something related to OER policy that would be available in March 2013. Are you in touch with Anna?
Hey! I missed this as I was not watching your talk page - I'll fix that. I'm going to be working on the OER policy are today! Keeping you in the loop. I have listed users expressing interest in working on the OER policy article at Wikipedia:Communicate_OER_Content and will add Anna. Once the article is rolling I will let you all know. I suggest future discussion happen on THAT talk page. Which I will kick off. :) -- Sara FB (talk) 17:38, 24 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

OER policy article is up!

edit

Hi Sally! Thanks in part to your initiative, work on an OER policy article is finally underway (!) - please have a look at Open_educational_resources_policy. This article is new as of last week and could use a lot of work. If haven't done much editing yet, I suggest you log in to your account and start off with a comment, using the TALK page at Talk:Open_educational_resources_policy:

  1. Hit the New Section tab at the top
  2. Fill in a title
  3. Review the article in the text section, mentioning what changes you think should be made, and especially any citations we could add!
  4. Sign your name with a dash and four tildes - this will be replaced by your actual user info and a timestamp.
  5. Hit Show Preview to see what your post will look like
  6. Hit Save Page!

Or if you are a more experienced user by now, please have at it. :)

Let me know if you have any questions by posting on my talk page. Glad to help anytime! - Sara FB (talk) 22:28, 28 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
