"Sam", re: this edit, you may not remove declined unblock requests related to an active block. See WP:BLANKING. And, since you have used multiple accounts to be disruptive, any unblock request you make would have to come from the first account you used. This SamSpielberg1 account will not be unblocked. You may be eligible for another chance in six months. See WP:SO. Like Ponyo, I also think you need time to mature. Note that we will not unblock this SamSpielberg1 account, as it was used to avoid a previous block. You would have to request an unblock in six months from your first account.
