Hi, could I ask which edit was disruptive?

I live in Scotland and do know my history and towns here, I saw a mistake and fixed it Samanthajaneh1 (talk) 21:43, 27 April 2020 (UTC)

• Changing Dumfriesshire to Dumfries in violation of the MOS:LEADSENTENCE guideline.

In Wikipedia we cover things that formerly existed; there is no justification in removing mention of historical entities when that is what is under discussion, even worse to change the mention to some modern, non-equivalent entity.
