Your original article was deleted by an administrator. My advice to you is to try the Articles for Creation process, which will allow you to create a draft article for other editors to review, with less risk of being deleted. However, I would also advise you to review Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Reliable sources, so you that understand what makes a topic notable and what types of sources you will be expected to provide.
