I have returned your draft to your sandbox because it isn't ready to go "live" yet.

Wikipedia articles shouldn't duplicate information found in other articles - instead, you should link to the other articles. Give the reader who's familiar with the concept enough to keep reading; someone who's new to the concept can click through to the other article and learn more. As it currently stands, your discussion of the subaltern seems to be largely covered in the subaltern (postcolonialism) article, while the stories you reference - The Guest (short story), I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, and Stranger in the Village - each has its own article with a pretty extensive plot summary. Taking that into account, I think you should focus on expanding the subaltern (postcolonialism) article instead of starting a new one.

Regardless, you need more inline citations. Every statement should be followed by a supporting citation; if a group of sentences are all supported by the same source, you can place a single reference after all of them, but you need to have at least one reference per paragraph, and you shouldn't have any statements after the final reference in a paragraph.
