Looks good so far! Couple of points.

1. The lede opening sentence of any new article needs to establish very clearly why this person (or topic) is notable/remarkable/significant/important for inclusion on Wikipedia. The Manual of Style WP:MOS has guidance for writing a good opening sentence which summarises/contextualises the person but equally you can view other biography articles on Wikipedia similar to your article to see how they have opened.
2. Citations should back up every statement (place after full stop) or at least every paragraph.
3. Headings are only capitalised on the first word only. You can check other articles for typical article headings used in biographies or visit Wikipedia's Manual of Style WP:MOS.
4. If we can add 50-100 words and 3 or 4 (or more) references from reliable published secondary sources (more is always better for establishing wider notability) then we have something we can publish. For help publishing you can email me at [email protected] or view our website page here.
