LaSalle Extension University

edit

Thanks for all the great additions to LaSalle Extension University! I have gone through and made a few revisions to keep consistent with the manual of style. I also marked a few statements that need citations from reliable sources. Some of the statements, such as the claim that litigation was allegedly brought against LSEU at the behest of the ABA, constitute original research and were removed per policy pending a citation. In addition, you had removed information that included references, which I added back in. Generally, you don't want to delete references from reliable sources before discussing it on the discussion page for that article. The links in my note above will familiarize you with what can and can't be said and used without sources. Again, nice work, and I look forward to continuing to improve this article with you! Good question

edit

The problem was, the article both read like an advertisement and was a previously failed articles-for-deletion candidate. I protected it to halt an edit war. If the article can be written in a more formal tone, it's probably OK to remain. Best suggestion at this point: Request an undeletion review. If you go to the article, you'll see a link inside the grey box that will take you to the page. This way, you can get community consensus before you go through the trouble of recreating it if I immediately unblocked it. Nothing personal at all and I wish you luck. - Lucky 6.9 02:21, 20 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
