Managing a conflict of interest

Thank you for the welcome and guidance. Would appreciate a review of the edits - as his wife I'm clear about the biographical details like when we were married and where we currently live. :-) Other edits were to move the committees from the current bio section (since they're not current) to the Political History section, and added citation links on both.
