Talkbacks
editBoy, am I bored. Nobody's been by this page yet...I hit the tb tab by accident, and the dialog box came up saying: "Is it really so bad that you're talking back to yourself?" The short answer is yes.
While I’m on here being bored, I might as well post this link: stores.lulu.com/joelsstuff (don't forget to put the http://. There is no www. prefix). All you can see right now is my blog, but I’ll have a book on there soon enough.
Hello~
editI am a student in Seoul National University doing a research project on Wikipedia. I am very impressed about your insight regarding Wikipedia. Reading your page, I see you are truly concerned about the quality of Wikipedia articles, and I appreciate your efforts to find reasonable alternatives. I thought your experience, concerns, opinions and ideas could add quite a lot to my project.
So, would it be possible for you to take some time off and give an online interview via E-mail
or online messenger? It would provide my project a lively voice of an actual editor,
and this will be of a great meaning. It will not take that long;
in fact everything will depend completely upon your will —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ramram91 (talk • contribs) 13:33, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
Six Day War tag
editHey.
I removed a tag you placed on Six Day War. My edit was reverted twice by [User:Onopearls]], here, and here. He suggested I talk to you.
There was a discussion here. An IP says the article is "3 times longer than is should be" and "wastes so much space discrediting various rationales for the war that it does not assign any real motives for the Israeli attack." The entire article has been crafted through pages of discussion, and every notable event is referenced and all perspectives are included. The IP failed to specify what is exactly wrong with the article, basically saying "the article wastes space." Such an accusation does not validate an inclusion of a tag. I believe this is a POV concern rather than a length issue. Can I remove the tag? Wikifan12345 (talk) 22:27, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
- Then go ahead. Thanks for asking.
contents box
edit{{helpme}}
(I need to know how to put the contents box on here)
- The table of contents box shows up automatically once there are more than three headers on a page. See? :-) Tim Pierce (talk) 21:37, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
