Spanish History

I seen you around and you are very interested (or so it seems) in the history of Spain for which I ask you if you would be interested in helping us out in the Spanish Empire article, your output will be greatly appreciated.--EuroHistoryTeacher (talk) 01:14, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

The reason I took an interest in Spanish history is because it figures so prominently in my educational upbringing here in the USA. I find most of that history ,as taught in our schools, to highly inflected , self contradictory, and outright lying. I first wondered as a child, how could the Spanish Empire been down rated in 1588 by the loss of just 1 see battle. Upon self study, I found out that most of that history as it was taught to me by myth. Thanks for your interest and I'll be more than glad to contribute.--Charles A 03:54, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

Deleting your signature

I really can't understand why you would want to delete your own signature. If you want a hand changing your signature to something else (like "Charles A", for example), just ask. Meanwhile, please sign your posts on talk pages with ~~~~. If you don't, a bot will probably do it for you anyway. Yours, Shem (talk) 16:15, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

• How is anybody supposed to reply if you sign "Charles A"?
• You can adjust your signature so that when you type ~~~~ it reads "Charles A" AND links to your talk page. Just go to "My Preferences" at the top of each page - you'll find it under User Profile.
• Bots will sign your name if you don't - you may have noticed
• Read the top of your own talk page
