Your username is the only reason for this block. You are welcome to choose a new username (see below).
A username should not be promotional, related to a "real-world" group or organization, misleading, offensive, or disruptive. Also, usernames may not end in the word "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account.
Please choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines. However, do not create a new account if you wish to credit your existing contributions to a new name through a username change. To request a username change:
- Add

- Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a list of names that have already been taken. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.

Request reason:
Your reason here Why have I been blocked? What's wrong with this name? Scrotal is a word that decent upstanding people use everyday. It's more of a medical term. It isn't slang or vulgar. I could understand blocking 'nutsack' or 'bollock', I guess. See also "Isn't the sea what Algy calls it: a grey sweet mother? The snotgreen sea. The scrotum-tightening sea. Epi oinopa ponton." Joyce, "Ulysses"
Decline reason:
Checkuser verified abuser of multiple accounts. --jpgordon::==( o ) 22:39, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
the message up there says the username is the only reason for the block, and it says I can appeal the block, so I did, but it was turned down. So now I tried to create a new user but it said I couldn't because "abusing multiple accounts". But the message up there tells me to create another account, which I guess I have to if you won't let me use scrotal (which is not an offensive word). So, what do I do now, I can't use this name, and you won't let me create another account because that's abusing multiple accounts. I'll give up this account, I just want to create a new account. AND HOW DO I TALK TO PEOPLE? The message says using this template too often will lead to my wiki page being protected. Scrotal3838 (talk) 22:57, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

- To explain a bit more, Jpgordon is a checkuser, who can look at the IP addresses you are using and determine what other accounts are using the same IP address you are, as well as other technical information that can point to your identity. Based on his analysis, you have been abusing multiple accounts prior to this one. He would not have made such a statement had you been following the rules, or if you had just created a new account because of the good-faith mistake in this username. That would not be abuse. Whatever it is you have done with your prior accounts, you should not be making new accounts to avoid scrutiny. --Jayron32 00:36, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
