The subject of this article is about my neighbor. I have a non-paid Conflict of Interest. I learned about COI in Wikipedia about half way through this article's creation, but finished writing anyway because the process gave me a hands-on opportunity to learn more. Though it contains all the elements that appear important to Wikipedia, I have not posted it online and will leave it to others (Afc/Sandbox) to decide how or whether to edit it.
