Preface - Edits didn't go through on Sunday night, likely due to the internet quality at our hotel... Redoing them at the moment, will have them finished within an hour or 2. SeanGosselin (talk) 17:04, 26 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

The first sentence is not written in plain English as the Wikipedia guidelines prefer, kind of awkward (Too many clauses, maybe split into two sentences) Capitalize Remora?

,[since they will stick to a shark/tube, and hence remain stationary despite the movement or lack thereof of water.] I think this would be best as a sentence on its own, written beforehand. Also there is a comma before it which shouldn’t be there if you leave it alone.

The rest is excellent! (I do not know why that above is in a box like that) Dkehoe27 (talk) 23:06, 28 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I got sent here for commentary since my partner is currently MIA. I think most of it's great, but I'm not sure if it's necessary to use prefaces such as "experimental data has found." I think since you're citing the information afterwords, the data might just be presented as a factual piece, with the citation after to back it up. Also I think the spelling is "Tetrodotoxin," and it might help readers to have that linked to the wiki page for it. Adamtychiu (talk) 01:42, 29 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

@SeanGosselin: Sean, thanks for helping Delaney with her Threespine Stickleback article. Please take a moment and review Adam's contribution on lamprey. Incidentally, Delaney is right about capitalizing common names of fish, the American Fisheries Society has ruled on this and we should promulgate proper reference to proper names in a scholarly fashion.... @SeanGosselin: Sean, I see that you have posted to the Remora page. Ian may comment today. I suggest that you fix the grammar in the phrase 'the associated cost for active ventilation was around 3.7-5.1% increase energy consumption'. Also the last sentence of your contribution on their diet seems out of place where it is, but you could make a small change to earlier text under the 'characteristics' section.
