Rule of Thumb is to respond on the specific user's talk page, under a heading he will recognize. The problem with these links is I need a statment that says, no-BS, "3/1 was the first Marine unit to set up a system of FOBs in the cities of Haditha, Barwanna, and Haqlaniyah."
