Necrozma

I beat Ultra Necrozma with a level 4 RATTATA.

Focus sash, Endeavor and Quick Attack is the way to do it, since: A. Photon Geyser doesn't work and B. Focus sash will keep rattata on 1 hp, then endeavor will cut Necrozma down to 1 HP then a quick attack (priority move) will do the rest.
