Hello, sorry about this - did I get it backwards? I was very keen to avoid the destructive edits earlier on a crusade (!) against the title, but I didn't think this was one. If I screwed up, please enlighten me! Cheers DBaK (talk) 12:05, 2 December 2018 (UTC)

Hi Serols, I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas |
Why are you doing this?
Dear Serols Why are you not assuming good faith? I edited the Wikipedia page for Jo the Waiter, restoring a great, well-cited description of the song, and you remove it all, without listing any reason. I recoted it myself to fit your demands, and then you deleted it again! What's your problem, son? If you keep on doing this I will complain to an administrator. Just leave it alone, please, mate, and stop wasting all your time obsessing over one small page and bullying users who try to be bold and make this wiki a better place! Merry Christmas and have a Brilliant new year, Leavepuckgackle1998 (talk) 09:18, 28 December 2018 (UTC)

Re your revert edits to Osmanoğlu family
FYI see User:83.240.186.98. The sock master is tenacious and will try time and again with different socks to add text over a long period. However the style and content of user's edits are easy to spot once one is aware that these sockpuppets exist. -- PBS (talk) 12:58, 13 January 2019 (UTC)

Brandeis University
Serols,
Why non-constructive? I made very minor edits in alphabetising the names of the famous composers associated with the school. I removed the nationality of the famous theoretical physicist as none of the others had their nationality noted. Also removed book title for the famous Pulitzer Prize anthropologist to be consistent with the other subtitles. - Hello 5 albert square, I belive my warning was ok, the edits from the IP was deleted - see here. I think, your revert was wrong. Regards --Serols (talk) 08:03, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hi, it's not wrong, it's plain vandalism if you Google what they put. I even went to Oversight as it's a BLP and they confirmed revdel is enough. If anything needs revdel it doesn't belong in the article. 5 albert square (talk) 13:17, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hello 5 albert square, because the edits were deleted and also your link shows nothing, but you certainly don´t write me without reason, I'm assuming that I have made a mistake. Thank you for paying attention, I also deleted the warning. Regards --Serols (talk) 17:33, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

Hello
Hello Serols,
Colchis was not an established institutionalized monarchy but a polity and tribal union. That's why kingdom info box was removed accordingly as it is redundant. I appreciate your fight against vandalism here on Wiki but my edit was in line with scholarship and redundancy has no place on Wiki. Hopefully that was a misunderstanding. Thank you. With regards, Emperor of Emperors (talk) 20:02, 30 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hello Emperor of Emperors, why did you delete the info box? This was the reason! Please fix that. Regards --Serols (talk) 08:02, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
Hello Serols again,
Infobox is redundant and nonsensical as it is for states and established monarchies which Colchis structurally speaking was not. I have moved the map into relevant geography section so that would better describe its boundaries plus its nature of statehood is discussed in content itself. Please let me know if you have any more grievances for the case will gladly address it. Thank you and with regards, Emperor of Emperors (talk) 13:27, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hello Emperor of Emperors, in the info box was an impotant map. You've added the map later. Thus, your editing is ok. Regards --Serols (talk) 18:37, 31 January 2019 (UTC)

AIV
Hi Serols. First of all, thanks. You do some great work reverting vandals and lining them up at AIV so admins can knock them down and I wouldn't want to discourage that. But some of your AIV reports lately have been a little premature. An AIV report is not normally necessary for just two silly edits, and the report is likely to be declined—bear in mind that even after 18 years a lot of people don't realise that they can edit Wikipedia and that their changes will be visible immediately. We like to give people a chance to show that they have no intention of doing anything helpful, so if they're just mucking around we give them a few chances. There's no need to give four warnings (personally, I'd give a level1, level3, then block) but two is a reasonable minimum. Of course, if the vandalism is obscene or libellous, or otherwise suggests that the editor is malicious and not just testing, then it's entirely proper to skip a few steps. If you could make sure you give the bored teenagers an extra chance or two, I and I'm sure the other admins trying to clear AIV would really appreciate it. Best, HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 19:22, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hello HJ Mitchell, thanks for your comment on my talk-page. I hope we both agree, that racism – nazi - and obscene comments are unacceptable and should be immediately blocked, also insults. I`ve looked at my last 20 messages on AIV and superficially there was only one, that corresponded to what you mean. But after he made another nonsensical edit and was then blocked. More than half were automatic, thus after four warnings, the rest racism – nazi - and obscene comments . Thus I can´t understand, why you contact me explicitly. Best regards --Serols (talk) 11:06, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
edit to sharman kadish article
Hi, Serols.
Thanks for your comment. Not sure what you mean by corrections not being constructive.
One of the external links is wrong (goes to the wrong person) - I corrected that. Two of the external links are out of date - I corrected those. I also added another small piece of updated information.
None of these edits have been incorporated, so the article is still incorrect in parts.
Thanks,
Haryarok. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Haryarok (talk • contribs) 18:28, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
- Hello Haryarok, please note Wikipedia:Weblinks - no links in the flow-text. And this link is a joke - Words and Images coming soon.... Please stop with such edits. Regards --Serols (talk) 18:40, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
sharman kadish edit
Hello, Serols.
Thanks for your comments. My apologies, this is the first time I have tried to edit a wikipedia article, and I accept your comments about the external link in the body of the article - it should not be there.
Having said that, the link from Norman Maurice Kadish is not correct - it goes to somebody completely different. Whoever put that link in got confused between Norman Kadish and Charles Hamilton (aka Frank Richards). Norman Kadish wrote about and painted Charles Hamilton. They were two completely different people. It would be much better to delete the link altogether than to leave the wrong link.
Also, the two last links in the article need updating; the link to the studios website no longer works and I tried to point it to the subject's own website, which also contains a reference to the subject's father (Norman Kadish) [even though it says "words and pictures coming soon"]. It also has an up-to-date list of publications, which I tried to use to replace the final link, which is years out of date.
I would appreciate knowing why these attempts to update the links are viewed as not being constructive.
Regards,
Haryarok. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Haryarok (talk • contribs) 20:00, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
- Hello Haryarok, you deleted more, as only the links. Please use at first the article talk-page. Best regards --Serols (talk) 17:53, 8 February 2019 (UTC)
