Again, Macleans do not refer to any of its placements as "best university", but rather "best X university" (being comprehensive, undergraduate, and medical-doctoral), as Macleans specifically splits universities between these groups and they do not rank these groups directly (which is why Maclean's has no singular "best university" ranking, but rather "best X university" rankings). Please note WP:NPOV and WP:UNIGUIDE guidelines which would recommend presenting these statements in a manner like how the ranking is presented (being medical doctoral).

Furthermore, you have not provided any reason as to why it is beneficial to hide the actual category of the ranking from the reader. Leventio (talk) 02:36, 28 June 2023 (UTC)

Nowhere in the source you brought up ([1]) does it explicitly mention "No. 1" or "best university", simply because that is not how Maclean's rankings function at all (there is best undergraduate, best comprehensive, best medical-doctoral, but not "best university"). You have yet to provide any source that states that what is being discussed in the lead is not about their medical-doctoral ranking. Like, the source that is being cited in the article itself very clearly states its a medical-doctoral ranking in both its body and the source's own headline......
