I will generally respond here to comments that are posted here, rather than replying via your talk page (or the article talk page, if you are writing to me here about an article), so you may want to watch this page until you are responded to, or specifically let me know where you'd prefer the reply.

Hi Shadowblade. I know you've started editing again, and with a desire to appear helpful and show you know what you're talking about. But this welcome to another user was not acceptable. Whilst most if it was ok, this bit was not: "...I also want to warn you, (As I have learned) that if you don't edit enough, or if you use Wikipedia as a social page, you enter the risk of being banned from Wikipedia." There is no need to warn another new editor with being "banned" for using us like a social media platform if they've shown no evidence of doing that. And no-one, absolutely no-one gets, "banned" for not editing enough! You got blocked (not banned) for messing around and treating Wikipedia like a chat room, and for spending all your time fiddling with your and others' user talk pages, and not doing much actual constructive editing. That's when WP:NOTHERE kicked in.
My advice, despite your desire to appear friendly and helpful to others, is to stick to learning the basics on your own. With 41 mainspace edits, thus far, you've a fair bit to pick up, still. So, please be careful if you do feel the urge to reply to questions at the Teahouse that you actually know what you're talking about, and will be genuinely helpful. When you do - that's the time to chip in and help people. The trick (even for me) is to know when I don't know enough to be of help, and then to leave it to others. All the best, Nick Moyes (talk) 19:50, 21 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the advice, Nick Moyes, I will admit that I didn't spend much time thinking about what I was typing, and now looking back, I will delete that as soon as possible. Sorry about that, and i've certainly learnt a lesson. I also feel that if I keep talking to this Thomas75Russell, I will put him in danger as well as myself again, and I certainly don't want to go through that again. Cheers, and again, and if you think there is anything else similar to that, yes delete it, however tell me about it as well for fear it will go unnoticed. Thanks! Do not delete content at Teahouse, even if it is something you wrote that other editors identified as wrong. Likewise at article Talk pages. The one exception is if you wrote something, and then on second thought want to cut or add to it, which is OK if no one has yet made a comment in response to yours. At your own Talk page, you are free to delete content you and others have written, but you should not change what you wrote if another editor has responded to it. Hi Shadowblade08! We're so happy you wanted to play to learn, as a friendly and fun way to get into our community and mission. I think these links might be helpful to you as you get started.

Unclear that "plow" and "pusher" are synonymous with "blower". If this page is kept, it should be moved to Snowblower (disambiguation) as the singular noun, though currently it appears to be serving as Snow removal techniques
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Hello there! You told me to let you know about what happened with the Wikipedia Adventure. Well, I managed to get past the first 2 missions but couldn't proceed on the 3rd mission and purging the page simply fixed the editor but brought the textboxes that are supposed to come before the editor back and wouldn't let me purge the page again. Let me know if you find any other fix. Thanks! Blaze Wolf | Proud Furry and Wikipedia Editor (talk) 14:24, 30 October 2020 (UTC)

Lingering Dialog Boxes: If you leave the tour without finishing, the guider dialog boxes will follow you until you [x] out of them (this is a Guided Tours issue generally and there's no easy fix)
Vector Only: If you're using monobook or modern etc., the layout won't work. Almost all new editors will be using Vector, so this is a known, acceptable trade-off
Old Internet Explorer: The game is not compatible with older versions of IE. IE8 doesn't work. Try IE9 or even better IE10.
Source Editor Only: The game doesn't work with Visual Editor. It could, but it won't be fixed until VE is stable and out of opt-in beta.
Mobile and Tablet Formatting Fails: While tested for most modern desktop and laptop browsers, the game is not configured to work properly on tablets and other smaller devices. It may, but we'd be getting lucky.
Also, I would be glad to try to help on your article. I'm not very good at writing articles yet, but if I cant help you, then I would suggest asking someone at the Tea House. All you need to do is copy and past the link of your article in a new message to me, and i'll be able to get to your article. Cheers, Shadowblade08 (talk) 22:02, 30 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
