November 2011

edit

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Of Mice and Men (1939 film) here. I did this because http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3Ww8BKxtZU&feature=related is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia. We generally try to avoid linking to external audio or video.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:36, 22 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article PBS Kids, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Hello, I'm Dwimble. I noticed that you recently removed some content from PBS Kids without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, I restored the removed content. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Dwimble (talk) 16:49, 14 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removing AfD template

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Disney Junior Asia. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it. Snotbot  t • c »  19:00, 25 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Sesame Street (comic strip)

edit

Hello!

You have apparently copied Sesame Street (comic strip) from some other wiki project. Instead of just copy-pasting the displayed text, would it have been preferable to copy-paste the wiki source code, so the wikilinks would have been transferred over to Wikipedia? JIP | Talk 18:03, 12 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I am replying to a comment you left on my talk page about unlinking Miss Fortune from Sesame Street (comic strip). There was no wikilink for Miss Fortune the Sesame Street character. The Miss Fortune pages are for an opera, an episode of Ghost Whisperer, and an album by Allison Moorer. I added a link initially, but didn't check first before adding the edit to see if the link was for the right Miss Fortune. After the edit I noticed so I removed it later with another edit. --Amethyst1234 (talk) 15:44, 12 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
