Removal of large amounts of content

Discuss such removals on the articles talk page talk:Portsmouth, Ohio before removing. See wp:BRD and wp:talk page guidelines. Articles on Wikipedia are not just about the positive aspects. Jim1138 (talk) 20:29, 2 June 2017 (UTC)

I would recommend you specifically state in the wp:edit summary that you are moving to another section. That intention did not come across to me in you ES. Please don't take too long to paste the change, or better yet, do the move with a single edit. You can also copy it to your sandbox, do your edits, then copy/paste it to the article.
