This is an image which I bought from the personal collection of one of Donald Campbell's team members. I have reduced the size of the image and am happy to share it here. It has not been sourced from the internet, and has not been published elsewhere. It is not a press picture and my understanding on purchase is that the copyright was transfered to me.

I created this work entirely by myself. The picture was taken by myself of a pair of Bluebird team overalls in 2001. I own the copyright of all sizes of this image but am happy to share this reduced size example.

• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Donald Campbell. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. C'mon guys, sort this out and stop the revert war. Bluebird-Proteus CN7

I was wanting to add to this article from a 1960s source and noticed you added a large amount of prose relating to salt conditions, engine power, construction, etc in 2010 and "there can be no doubt that CN7 would have set a record well in excess of 450 mph and perhaps close to her design maximum of 500 mph, a speed that no other wheel driven car has approached". What was the basis for these statements, please? Can you add any published reliable-source? The latter particularly seems like opinion, not attributed to any author; was all the material you added from the book mentioned? It is unclear, not being used as a citation? (...John Pearson to chronicle this attempt, with the resultant critically acclaimed book Bluebird and the Dead Lake, published by Collins in 1965). Sheppane, I reverted a text addition you made to this article in 2013 because it appears to have introduced copyvio from this account; however, from your user page it appears you may be the author of that text? If you are still reading here, could you clarify the situation? If you are indeed the author and are willing to sign over the text as copyright-free, we can use it, but I believe it would need to be rewritten for tone and to fix some typos.
