License tagging for File:DerekPell'sBewildering beasties.png
editThanks for uploading File:DerekPell'sBewildering beasties.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:05, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
I rewrote the information provided by Larry McCaffery, it is not a direct quote I simply referenced him as a source for the information which I summarized in my own words and cited. And I have his permissions, I am sending an email to him and to wikipedia permissions, he asked me to do this page as an assignment for his Postmodern Literature Graduate English class at San Diego State University. Orphaned non-free media (File:Bewildering beasties.png)
editThanks for uploading File:Bewildering beasties.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:10, 28 May 2009 (UTC)
