License tagging for Image:AE BasscadetMixes.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:AE BasscadetMixes.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. Well, I linked you to the sound clip - did you listen? You didn't reference it all. Could you have a listen and then even consider to disagree? :) Because I can't imagine anybody interpreting it honestly as "silence" after a few listens. A lot of the article needs work - that's without a doubt, and I was/am planning to do that tonight, but that's not what I wanted to discuss. The focus of this particular message was the sense/silence thing and you just kind of passed that off as "whatever, let's just not agree" leading me to believe you didn't listen to it or did listen and have changed your mind secretly ;) --midkay 03:01, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

You're lucky that you uploaded it to the local wiki - I'll delete it and upload it to commons with the correct filename. Thanks for letting me know about it - great work with the editing! The article itself has quite a few pictures, and it looks a bit urgh on smaller screens, but most of us tend to do editing on bigger screens so we don't really notice, but do what you can, and let me know if you need any help... or more pictures. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box.
