Notability of Theta Kappa Phi

edit

The article Theta Kappa Phi has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. —C.Fred (talk) 21:23, 25 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Creating the draft outline at User:Shuooo/The Wedding Industry. Looking forward to seeing it expanded, --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 15:05, 9 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

As I noted on the talk page of the group project, content should be moved to mainspace from userpace, not copied and pasted. I fixed it for you, although you may need to restore your latest edit. Copying and pasting loses edit history and talk page, and confuses other editors as to which version is the one they should be working on, hence moving is preferred. If you are doing any moves in the future, this is worth remembering. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 19:55, 21 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Wedding industry

edit

I have undertaken a GA review of this article, which is here. It normally would have been quickfailed, but i note there seem to be several editors actively contributing, so i have set out a range of issues and put it on hold for now. You may wish to let other editors know the review has been posted. Regards. hamiltonstone (talk) 00:19, 23 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
