I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you. As it is the person that is blocked, I doubt it makes any difference if an account does not have a checkuser tag. And we would likely want to check for other socks before considering unblocking you. In any event, you will need to seek unblocking on/from/via your original account. Given your propensity for block evasion, you would not be eligible for consideration for another six months. What!? Skiyomi!? No, I don't know for certain.
