Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:23, 18 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

video that might help

Hi Sicestvous! I noticed your bold edits to contribute to the Gertrude Stein page. It takes a lot of courage to be bold and contribute to Wikipedia! However, the community has a policy against adding undue weight to parts of articles when they aren't a major element of that article's subject. Your addition of the preface about Francisco Riba Rovira places emphasis on one small part of her life, when the article needs to cover the whole breadth of her life. At most, that content could be mentioned in a one or two sentence summary, to meet our WP:Summary style approach to writing articles on Wikipedia. Please explore those links to better understand why the community, also, check out the video I post here, which might help you better understand. Also, I would recommend trying the orientation game at: WP:Wikipedia Adventure. I hope you keep editing and being bold, and get to know the community.
