League tables

edit

You are probably not aware of this but we don't alter the location of the colours at this stage, only at the end of season as, at this point, the promotion and relegation ranks are fixed. The teams that are already relegated and promoted will be marked with the bold letters R and P. Calistemon (talk) 11:39, 28 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of SV Bockum-Hövel

edit

The article SV Bockum-Hövel has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Amateur club that played at the seventh level of the German football pyramid in their best years. No evidence of the required notability for this organisation.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:20, 6 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Article renaming

edit

Hello. If you want to rename an article because the subject has changed its name, please use the move tab at the top of the article. If it doesn't appear, you must follow the procedure at WP:RM. You must not copy the text to another title and then redirect the original article (as you did with Topklasse) as this violates Wikipedia's copyright attribution. I have repaired the mess you made with that, but please do not do it again. Thanks. Number 57 20:39, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

I've reverted your edits at We're Talking Serious Money. If you want to move a page then you need to follow the correct procedure, as you were told above a few weeks ago. PC78 (talk) 15:27, 22 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

2017 Major League Baseball draft listed at Redirects for discussion

edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect 2017 Major League Baseball draft. Since you had some involvement with the 2017 Major League Baseball draft redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. -- Tavix (talk) 00:57, 16 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

October 2016

edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of American Catholics, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

edit

Hello, SignOfTheDoubleCross. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Non-League mess

edit

Hello. I see you have edited numerous non-league articles and templates to add line-ups for next season despite the league constitutions not yet being agreed. Because you've done this in so many places, I'm afraid I am going to have to do a blanket rollback of your edits, so some constructive ones may be lost. Number 57 16:06, 6 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Again, please stop assigning clubs to leagues before their constitutions are announced. Thanks, Number 57 09:57, 16 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:2019 AFC Asian Cup qualification templates

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:2019 AFC Asian Cup qualification templates requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read!
