The usual criterion for inclusion in Wikipedia is explained here. Very basically, we only summarise information that's already published in reliable sources that're independent of the subject. I moved the page to User:Silkfield/The Free World Charter, where you can have a bit more time to work on it. In all seriousness, read and understand Wikipedia:Your first article. Unless a subject matter can be shown to meet the inclusion standard outlike at Wikipedia:Notability, it's ultimately going to be deleted, so it doesn't make sense to spend time on it until you're sure you can show that it does, eh? • I did review the article because I am obliged to do so before I delete anything on Wikipedia, and your article was no where near acceptable by Wikipedia standards - there was nothing encyclopedic about it all, it was a company flyer to advertise for your service, so it was summarily deleted. As for a draft the article, a check shows that it already exists at User:Silkfield/The Free World Charter, unless you have a particular reason for wanting the version deleted back why not move this version to the draft space? Both the deleted version of the sandbox version seem to be almost identical to each other, so nothing important should be lost. TomStar81 (Talk) 01:03, 21 November 2016 (UTC)

Hello, and thank you for your patience. As I mentioned on the Talk page, I am willing to make the appropriate improvements to meet the criteria. If I can figure out how to use the Draft space I will do so, but I will need the recently deleted copy. Where can I access that?

Also, since this article is clearly on a black list of some kind, I have serious concerns that it will receive a balanced review no matter what I write. This is my third attempt to create this article, and, admittedly, the first draft was ill-conceived, but the black-listing continues to haunt. Apart from writing the article under a different title, what options do I have to ensure a fair assessment?

That is not the draft that was deleted a couple of months ago. That draft is a few years old. (From October 2014) Where can I find (or can you reinstate) the version that was deleted on 19 November 2016 (UTC)? The two versions are similar but not the same. Thanks. Ok, I'm looking and I do see some subtle differences - if you didn't know they were there you wouldn't have seen them. Next question then: where do you want the material to go? Hello, Silkfield. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but  F-Day: The Second Dawn of Man has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS.

Wikipedia:Identifying blatant advertising#Typical signs of blatant advertising contains information about content to avoid. For more information on content that may be perceived as promotional, click User:Dlohcierekim/promo. These are just rough guides. Pages can avoid all those pitfalls and still be glaringly obvious ad copy. Sometimes pages meeting WP:CSD#G11 give the appearance of an editor violating Wikipedia:Conflict of interest or WP:PAID. Please read and heed them if they apply to you. Please read Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information.
