To create an article for yourself that won't be deleted you have to meet Wikipedia's notability criteria (see WP:N and WP:BIO). You also have to write the bio from a neutral point of view (WP:NPOV) this is especially true for autobiographies (see WP:AUTO and WP:COI), that basically means you need to but in all the bad facts along with the good ones.
