Requesting an IP address block exemption. This is a test account of User:Sitic (verify). I'm currently developing a cross-wiki watchlist tool called crosswatch, it uses OAuth for authentication. OAuth doesn't work if the account is (range) blocked. I'm using this account to test the tool, but browser tests from a cloud service fail because the IP is range blocked.
