editSummary
The editor added an infobox to the article and greatly expanded the process section.
Major Points
The infobox is very well done; the image does a good job of illustrating how the process works, and the links it provides are all relevant and helpful for understanding the more technical details of this process.
While I know this was a stub before, I feel that something should be done with the "advantages" section, because it contains only one, very short sentence. I think this section should either be expanded upon, or the information it contains should be moved to the overview section.
I am also not so sure about the "protein targets" section. Is this processes ability to separate out those particles an advantage? Can other similar processes not separate these out? If this is the case, it might make more sense to restructure the syntax of that section, and add it to the advantages section.
Something that I am interested in, but I'm not sure the author has any information on, is the development of this process. How long has this been around for? Where was it developed? I think that would be a useful section to include.
Minor Points
The word "fragment" in the last sentence on the overview section is capitalized, but I don't think it needs to be.

Summary
Chad expanded the stub on the weak affinity chromatography, adding in a infobox as well as greatly elaborating on all sections.
Major Points
The amount of information was greatly improved, but there are still areas for improvement. The section labeled protein targets is confusing; this section seems to talk about the general uses for WAC which involves target protei s and classifying them. Perhaps the section should be called "function" or "uses"...
Background information on WAC seems not so much necessary, but useful. It is a scientific technique that must have been developed by someone or some organization, and real life impacts it has had, maybe even include any scientific honors or awards that are associated with coming up with WAC.
Advantages section seems to be too short; aalso, it seems to overlap with use or function. Perhaps you can combine it with the protein target section and call it "Uses"
More visuals in scaling different molecules along with the proteins mentioned in "Protein target" section can help the reader have an idea of the size of these protein molecules compared to other familiar molecules (ex. Glucose).
Minor Points
The first sentence and second sentence should be swapped, so the first sentence tells what the WAC actually is and the second sentence is a general description on its technolpgy.
In the "Process" section, since this is a new section, starting with "This type" should be replaced with the ful term, "Weak affinity chromatography".
The first sentence of "Protein targets" uses the word "against", which doesn't seem appropriate and should be edited.
