Seán Ó Faoláin

I noted that you cited Seán Ó Faoláin. While many of his books are short stories, he did write some well-regarded non-fiction books on the Irish. Your addition seems well supported by Ó Faoláin. Mr. Brown's removal seems over-zealous. Ó Faoláin, Seán (1949). The Irish: A Character Study. The Devin-Adair Company. ASIN B0016FYALS. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 10:38, 26 April 2017 (UTC)

And where might one find 'some well-regarded non-fiction books on the Irish?' And just what are his credentials regarding Irish history? Wilfred Brown (talk) 17:24, 27 April 2017 (UTC)
Well one was mentioned in the material you removed, his book The Irish: A Character Study. 1949.
We also have [1] [2], he was what is today called a scholar. A man who wrote more then just one type of book, and is highly regarded as a writer on Irish history and culture.Slatersteven (talk) 08:58, 28 April 2017 (UTC)
